Bravegirl is an inspiration. She is your sister, mother, wife, aunt, your daughter, granddaughter, best friend or perhaps, you. Bravegirl decides and doesn’t look back. She is warm, even on difficult days. She stands tall for small voices, facing challenges with strength and fortitude.

The term Bravegirl landed in my collection of phrases amid thoughtful, funny, jarring, provocative, silly, wise, witty, truthful, made-up and sentimental utterances culled from expressions I’ve heard aloud. The list includes over one thousand phrases amassed in the last 20 years.
